Can I Get A Rain Check?
Women’s Fiction
Do you believe in love? How about twice and simultaneously?
Ella Adams’ live in boyfriend, Jake, is perfect in so many ways except for the fact that he takes her for granted. Not so different from many relationships, right? Not much of an issue until she begins a new job and meets Tim, a younger man, who she feels an instant connection with.
The attraction is mutual and quickly grows into the kind of love that leaves Ella wanting to discover more. What’s the problem? She still loves Jake and Tim’s actions contradict his words leaving Ella questioning more than just her live in man. She begins to wonder about her morals and values which shake her foundation and leave her feeling uneasy all the time.
Society has women believing that there is one man that can fulfill her entirely and if he doesn’t, it means that something is wrong with the relationship. What would you do if you were in love with two men who each fulfill different aspects of who you are? How would you handle it? Possibly not anything like you believe you would when faced with a life-changing decision.
